We
require a booking form to be completed and signed before any work can be
undertaken.
For
new clients a 50% deposit is required before any work commences. We
may also
require a deposit for certain high cost projects.
One
off contracts are to be paid upon completion of contract.
If
a client requires work to be completed at short notice, or over a weekend or on
a bank holiday, then we reserve the right to add a surcharge for this privilege
of 25%. By short notice we mean less than 24 hours.
Any
additional costs incurred will be charged to the client.
Payment
is accepted by bank transfer, cheque, or PayPal. All invoices will be submitted
and will be payable in £'s Sterling.
All services will be charged at an hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest
quarter. The minimum charge is one hour and thereafter charged in 15 minute
increments.
Final
proof reading of all documents is the responsibility of the client. Any errors
made by Assisted Virtually that are notified by the client within 7 days of the
completion of contract will be rectified free of charge. Any errors that
are not notified within this time frame will be charged at the applicable rate
by the amount of time taken. Assisted Virtually will not be held responsible for
any errors relating to, or contained in the work.
Telephone,
fax, postage, travel, courier, printing and any other materials will be charged
at cost price, in addition to stated rates. Mileage will be charged at 40 pence
per mile. Such charges may be requested before work can commence.
Assisted
Virtually will strive to adhere to delivery deadline estimates, however we
accept no liability for losses from failing to return a completed document
within a set time.

VAT
is not applicable.
